PHILOSOPHY

VISION

Our vision is a sustainable world that affords every citizen the opportunity to develop and nurture the innate drive to be a self-sufficient, contributing member of society. We envision society as a whole working together to facilitate the needs of all citizens.

VALUES

Our values are consistent with the founding principles of democracy. We are not in a struggle simply to support people, to make them dependent on the generosity of others or to create a welfare state. It is a means to give everyone a chance. It is an effort to allow them to develop and use their capacities, as we have been allowed to develop and use ours, so that all can share, as others share, in the promise of this nation”.

MISSION

Our mission is to encourage sustainable ecological community growth that facilitates positive change in the lives of all those living in the community.

On a personal note

I've dedicated my career life to a wide range of public service, including volunteer service and I continue to work for my community, larger and small,  on a continuing basis.

I've operated free clinics, free schools, and free social service programs providing direct care and other services to others at no cost. Additionally, I've coordinated statewide economic development projects which have served as a national program model.  I've contributed to community development projects, provided high technology development,  and have worked in the field of job development and in professional development projects.

I am now retired from public life but continue to volunteer my services and skills.
